To register and manage any issues, Sphereon uses a helpdesk portal. You can use it to send us general helpdesk questions, issues or change requests. With this portal we can streamline, track and escalate issues and automatically keep you updated of the status and progress. It allows you to stay informed and check or update on your questions.
